Refund And Return Policy

At Cherriyo, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

• Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2~3 business days after approval
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Customers must return the product at their own expense to our warehouse at G Magnolia Park B-76 for a refund or exchange
